Thirteen Group - Block 10-17 and 18-25 Dunlane Close, Communal Area Refurbishment and Building Fabric Works

Thirteen Group seeks to appoint a Contractor to undertake the refurbishment of communal areas and building fabric works on two blocks of flats in Dunlane Close, Middlesbrough. Work will include (but not limited to) Internal Plastering, Internal Woodwork, Doors, Decoration, Flooring, Lighting, Signage, remedial works for minor damp issues, External works to fascia boards, soffits, rainwater goods etc, Electrical Installations and other miscellaneous activities. The Contract is to be undertaken on a "Supply and Install" basis. NE Procurement Ltd is managing this procurement on behalf of Thirteen Group.
