Provision of Microsoft Teams Meeting Room Technology Solutions

The Isle of Wight Council invites Tenders from suitably qualified suppliers for the provision of Microsoft Teams Meeting Room Technology Solutions within County Hall, High Street, Newport, Isle of Wight PO30 1UD. To design (in line with the specification requirements), install, configure, document and train Council staff in the use of Windows based Teams for Meeting Rooms solutions, with integrations into existing sound systems. This is to be implemented into six rooms with County Hall, High Street, Newport, IOW, PO30 1UD, as well as a mobile on the road solution. To continue the support and maintenance of the technology for the life of the contract providing a support portal and on-site next business day response to system failures.
