Todmorden Town Hall - Town Deal Project Works

The Borough Council of Calderdale invites you to submit a Tender for works at Todmorden Town Hall under the Town Deal Project. The works shall comprise of: • Civils works to install new steps and ramp access, • Glazed bi-folding doors to the entrances off Bridge Street, • Structural alterations, removal of load bearing walls, • New joinery works, • Provision of an accessible toilet and kitchenette, • Alterations to provide new toilet facilities, • Electrical alterations, • Decorations. Site visits are a condition of tendering and dates will be published via the messaging portal. PLEASE NOTE: PORTAL MESSAGES WILL NOT BE ANSWERED BETWEEN 20TH DECEMBER 2024 TO 6TH JANUARY 2025.
