Telephony 0300 Numbers Renewal (Gamma) 2026 - 2028

Purchase of multiple '0300' phone numbers which are used across the organisation for various internal and national services including our National Service Desk and the NHS.UK Service Desk. This service allows us to manage these phone numbers and apply a number of professional features such as call routing and forwarding. This request is to reprocure the current contract for an additional two years providing stability during a period of organisational change.
