Description

The Council requires a suitably qualified and experienced Provider to deliver insolvency services, both commercial and personal on behalf of the Council. The Contract shall be split into the following three (3) Lots: Lot 1 - Commercial (approximately 3100 cases per annum) Lot 2 - Personal (approximately 400 cases per annum) Lot 3 - Combined Commercial & Personal (approximately 3500 cases per annum) Bidders can apply to deliver any number of lots. The Council will either appoint one bidder to lot 3 or one bidder per lot for lots 1 & 2. In the event of there being no suitable bidders the Council reserve the right to appoint to one lot only or not to appoint to any of the lots.
