Performance and Behaviours on 360 Feedback

This contract ('the Contract') is for the provision of 360 Feedback on Performance and Behaviours. The primary objective of the Contract is to provide TWFRS middle managers, senior leadership team and executive leadership team with 360 feedback on their performance and behaviours aligned to the NFCC Leadership framework. Further detailed information about the requirements and undertakings of the Contract are given in the specification at ITT Doc. 2 Tender. The duration of the Contract is 12 months.
