Tender opportunity for the demolition of an existing building and the construction and completion of a new Community Hall & Resource Centre. The proposed building comprises a single storey building with a gross internal floor area of approximate 550 m2 and comprises concrete strip and pad foundations with a ground bearing concrete floor slab, a portal steel frame, profiled metal roof cladding, a mixture of brickwork & rendered external walls, blockwork internal walls and partitions, aluminium windows and external doors, plumbing, mechanical and electrical installations, internal finishings and decoration.
