Transformational Project Management

Plymouth City Council is undertaking a transformational change initiative and requires a contractor to provide services for the implementation of a Portfolio, Programme, and Project (P3) management method. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, establishing a process for portfolio opportunity selection, documenting a P3 management method and governance framework, and providing training materials.
