Description
The services we are considering include routine servicing, a single helpdesk to manage calls, faults and service requests, reactive repairs and emergency call‑outs, support during and outside normal working hours as required, remote alarm monitoring, and the maintenance of systems such as CCTV, intruder alarms, access control including Paxton doors, and car park barriers with associated video systems.
