Provision of Digital Mailroom

YPO are conducting this Further-competition on behalf of Wyre Borough Council ("The Customer"). Wyre is a largely rural borough in Lancashire, northwestern England, covering 283 square kilometres. The population of Wyre is approximately 114,000 at the time of the last census. Primary settlements include towns like Fleetwood (~25,000), Thornton Cleveleys (~31,000), and Poulton-le-Fylde (~18,000) where the council office is based. This Further-Competition is issued in relation to the RM6280 CCS, YPO and ESPO collaborative Framework Agreement, procured by YPO in compliance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. This Further-Competition will involve inviting Tenders from all Suppliers who were successfully awarded onto the relevant Lot(s).
