Meir bungalows

This contract is comprised of estate refurbishment works to a total of 40 bungalows in Meir, Stoke-on-Trent. The estate works are divided into three workstreams (Lots) which are described below: Lot 1 - Asbestos Removal - These works will be carried out by specialist contractors from Unitas's existing agreed framework and is NOT included within this tender. Lot 2 - General Works - These works include enabling works, scaffolding, roofing, ESFG, flat roofing, EWI, windows, external lights, rear gates, brickwork, entrance and store doors and painting. Lot 3 - Kitchens and Bathrooms - These works include kitchen renewals and bathroom renewals
