Provision of Off-site Storage of Pathology Material

The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust Hospital is looking to source secure offsite storage for patient sensitive material, including formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue (FFPE) blocks (2 million), pathology glass slides (2.5million) and pathology patient documentation (2.5 million) all historical and yearly 150K FFPE and 200K glass slides thereafter. The Trust will be seeking to acquire a service which will be able to collect material from both the Chelsea and Sutton sites. The Trust would also require the return of urgent material within 24hrs and core request within 48hours of receipt of return request.
