KMCIRS-127 Appointment of an Architectural Partner for the Council Housing Building Programme - Further Competition via the Procurement Hub Consultancy DPS (Architecture Design Workstream)

Kirklees Council appointing an Architectural Consultant/Partner to work alongside the Housing Growth team to develop a pipeline of new council housing sites from inception to post construction review. This will include undertaking RIBA Stages 1 and 2 Site Investigations and associated specialist surveys, dependant on scheme viability. On occasion, the successful contractor may also be utilised for other sites, including the refurbishment or remodelling of existing assets, although this scope is not guaranteed. The services delivered will be in line with the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) standards.
