Construction project management specialist expertise and skills Consultants must be appropriately qualified and experienced, willing to engage with applicants and grantees to guide them towards achieving best practice. Consultants must demonstrate continuous professional development through membership of an appropriate professional body and experience of working with clients from a range of different sectors.
