Description
The Council wishes to let a contract for the replacement and upgrade of the Audio Visual Equipment in the Civic Suite at Huntingdonshire District Council. The key aim of the project is to upgrade the existing Civic Suite Audio Visual (AV) and Delegate Equipment to address the shortcomings of the existing system which was procured and installed at the time of building the new Pathfinder House in 2008. The requirement is for a system that will be fit for purpose till 2027, and that is flexible to allow further upgrade during the expected lifespan to meet new requirements The Civic Suite at Pathfinder House is a large auditorium which provides meeting and conferencing facilities that can be split into two smaller rooms. This is used extensively for day to day council meetings, public meetings, and offered for third-party usage and it is essential that any proposed installation plan must minimised disruption to users..
