Boscawen Park Community Pavilion (Pre Construction Service Agreement)

Fox Construction Solutions are commissioned to deliver the Pre-Construction Service Agreement works up to and including RIBA Stage 4 for the Boscawen Park Community Pavilion project. The Project will be carried out under a two-stage Design and Build procurement approach, with an initial appointment under a pre-construction services agreement to provide input on pricing, programme, procurement and design review.
