EMC 041 - Provision of Residential Care Services for Adults with a Learning Disability at Lodge Lane and Blackfriars

This is an award notice in relation to a contract for a service provider to undertake the provision of residential care services at the following two residential care homes for adults with a learning disability in Shropshire which it owns:- 1) Lodge Lane, Bridgnorth which has 4 residents 2) Blackfriars which has 3 residents. Applicants were able to tender for one or both of the services. The contract(s) for the services will be let for a period of 5 years, from the expiry of current contract in June 2016, with an option to extend for a further 2 years.
