Sheffield City Region: Provision of Centre Management Services - Advanced Manufacturing Park Technology Centre

The Barnsley, Doncaster, Sheffield and Rotherham Combined Authority (CA) have acquired the three buildings that make up the Advanced Manufacturing Park Technology Centre (AMPTC). The AMPTC is situated on the Advanced Manufacturing Park (AMP), a 100-acre site located on the outskirts of Rotherham and Sheffield in South Yorkshire. The park was created to establish an internationally recognised centre for engineering, innovation, research and manufacturing excellence. We are seeking a suitable company to provide tenancy management services, general management services, promotional services and facilities management services for the Advanced Manufacturing Park Technology Centre for a period of 60 months with an option to extend for a further 24 months
