We have set out the required scope of work for (i) financial and taxation due diligence services, (ii) completion mechanism advice, (iii) assisting BEIS in drafting the scope of a Statutory Instrument regarding valuation and (iv) providing and independent valuation advice in relation to the target business(es) and transaction(s). Deliverables will likely also include support on BEIS internal approval processes, input into HMG internal decision-making papers and input in business cases related to the scope of work.
