Description
Oxford City Council (the Council) is acting as the lead authority, working collaboratively with three Other Contracting Bodies (OCB's) as below to establish a contract for the Repair and Maintenance of Public Space CCTV systems in Oxfordshire. OCB's - Cherwell District Council, South Oxfordshire and Vale of White Horse District Councils and West Oxfordshire District Council, together we are looking for a single provider for this tender opportunity. The aim of this Contract is to deliver a high quality and comprehensive repair and maintenance contract for the service and repair of a Public Space CCTV system including Control Room Equipment and approximately 300 cameras spread over 6 locations the service must be effective, efficient and responsive to the needs of people within the county of Oxfordshire. The Provider shall supply the services as detailed within each separate Council specification. The initial contract period is 24 months (2 years) with an optional extension of 12 months (1 year). The Council reserves the right to cancel the procurement at any time and not to proceed with the award of any contract at any stage of the procurement process.
