The East of England NHS Collaborative Procurement Hub wishes to provide support to the NHS and the wider arena of publicly funded services with the provision of innovative learning methods and support services to assist them in meeting system challenges they face, both now and in the future. The purpose of this procurement is to secure appropriately skilled service providers per Lot, to help upskill individuals in the identified key areas. The framework offers the following Lots: Lot 1 - Coaching and Mentoring Services Lot 2 - Training Programmes Lot 3 - System Leadership Lot 4 - Patient Safety Incident Response Framework Lot 4a - Systems Approach to Learning from Patient Safety Incidents Lot 4b - Patient Safety Incident Response Framework Oversight Lot 4c - Patient and Staff Engagement and Involvement in Learning from Patient Safety Incidents Lot 5 - Clinical Digital Safety Lot 6 - Environment Sustainability Skills Lot 7 - Oliver McGowan Training EOE NHS CPH are proposing an Open Framework which will run under the Procurement Act 2023, and will opened at least twice during the course (2+2+2+2). The open framework route also allows for Contracting Authorities to call-off via direct award or further competition.
