Description
This is a service for all age unpaid carers contract. An unpaid carer is a person, child or adult who looks after a family member, partner or friend who needs help because of their illness, disability, a mental health diagnosis or an addiction and would not be able to live a good life without support. Carers provide a range of support including personal care, emotional support, help with practical tasks such as shopping and reminding to give medication. Most unpaid care is provided by people living in the same household as the person needing support. This contract will be separated into lots (3) - Young carer and young adult carer (5-25years old) - Adult carer (18 years old onwards) - Online carers services
