Ofgem requires the services of a supplier to conduct the following tasks for a Chief Economist role : * Candidate pack design and delivery. * Design attraction campaign. * Manage applications and candidate questions prior to advert closing. * Support open event * Longlist pack * Initial shortlist interviews * Secondary shortlist pack confirmed by the Buyer * Management and delivery of all assessments and staff engagement exercises (as required) * Manage the interview process * Offer process management
