Specialist Procurement Service to support the procurement process relating

Take responsibility for delivering the following outputs as necessary relating to the RNIR Programme:- Full Business Case MCA Board approval documentation • Full Business Case and supporting approval documentation for Centres of Excellence and BICC • Full Business Case Procurement Assurance Board pack • Full Business Case Cabinet Office Spend Controls approval documentation • Full Business Case HM Treasury approval documentation pack • Risk Management Documentation • Benefits Management Documentation • Financial tracking and reporting for the programme in support of the Programme Manager • Development of support documentation for RNIR Programme Board and Executive Steering Group as required • Ad hoc documentation development in support of the RNIR Programme authorisation across MCA, DfT, Cabinet Office, HM Treasury as required.
