Smeaton - Boiler Replacement Works - H&W Capital Works 2020

Southwark Council would like to invite you to tender for the Boiler Replacement works to the Smeaton Court Boiler Room. The heating to the building (all dwellings) is served by 4No open flued floor standing Hamworthy R180 gas fired boilers, each boilers is rated at 52.7kW output max, the boilers are now approximately 30 + years-old and have become obsolete. At present 3 out of 4 of the boilers are online working, boiler No1 is disconnected and gas supply capped of as it is assumed that the boiler is either beyond economical repairs or replacement part to repair the boiler are now longer available.
