Description
HSE has upgraded its video conferencing facilities to support use of Microsoft Teams and now has 39 rooms fully supporting videoconferencing across HSE offices. With the recent distribution of Windows 10 Surface Pros to HSE colleagues, in the majority of cases, colleagues can join Teams calls via their HSE Surface Pro. However, it is recognised that on occasions, when more than one colleague attends a meeting, and is present in the same meeting room, then we need to provision the room to enable colleagues to join from one device rather than separate W10 devices. Therefore, we have a requirement to purchase Microsoft Teams compatible audio-visual equipment to facilitate teams calls in the remainder of our meeting rooms across our estate. The intention is to replace an existing conferencing provision in rooms of various sizes
