Gentoo seeks to appoint up to Nine consultants to provide Employers Agent/Principal Designer, Architect and Engineer Services for various development sites. This Tender Opportunity is broken into three separate sections with 3 Lots per section, and the Projects they relate to, are as follows: Section 1: Employers Agent/Principal Designer Services (a) Lot 1: Aberdare Road (39 units) (b) Lot 2: Gartland Road (26 units) (c) Lot 3: Old Mill Road (64 units) Section 2: Architect Services (d) Lot 1: Aberdare Road (39 units) (e) Lot 2: Gartland Road (26 units) (f) Lot 3: Old Mill Road (64 units) Section 3: Engineer Services (g) Lot 1: Aberdare Road (39 units) (h) Lot 2: Gartland Road (26 units) (i) Lot 3: Old Mill Road (64 units) It is the intention of Gentoo to award no more than one section and up to Three lots to one Bidder.
