Description
The College is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified suppliers for the provision of an Integrated Financial Management Software (FMS) system and associated support services. The system selected and implemented must be cloud-based in line with the ICT strategy and the College will not consider an 'on-premises' solution. The College is looking for the following modules: Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger, Nominal Ledger, Budgeting and Forecasting, Procurement with online approval, Invoice authorisation and approval, Banking, Cash Book, Fixed Assets Register, VAT reconciliation, on-line payments and Management Information. HR is a future requirement and at this stage bidders should make a recommendation of systems previously integrated into the FMS. This procurement will be carried out as a separate future exercise. Integration to MS Office and existing College systems including Document Management and Student Record systems is essential. Given the short time-scale for the implementation and the degree of change taking place in the College we are seeking and established and referenceable solution to meet our requirements. The initial contract term of 3 years (with optional extension) reflects the change being experienced in this sector.
