National Audit Office (NAO) awarded a 7 month contract to The Dextrous Web (DXW) via a Single Tender Action. DXW built and maintains the existing website platform. The additional work involves small design and technical improvement changes that require in-depth knowledge of the system. Awarding to a third party would involve disproportionate cost, delay and risk of technical incompatibility. Therefore, DXW are the only supplier able to deliver these changes efficiently and effectively.
