The FCA has awarded a Framework for Legal Services. The Framework is separated into 2 Lots, Lot 1: Public Law advice and Lot 2: Commercial Law advice. Lot 1 comprises of the following specialisms; Accountability & Audit/Risk, EU and International, Financial Services/ FSMA, Human Rights & Civil Liberties, Policy & Process, Procurement & Outsourcing, Payments Services & Systems, Public Law Litigation / Judicial Review / Regulatory Failure Investigations, Competition Lot 2 comprises of the following specialisms; Corporate & Commercial, Corporate Governance & Responsibility, Dispute Resolution/ Litigation, Employment/ Health & Safety, Environmental, Information Technology, Data & Cyber, Intellectual Property & Media, Pensions, Real Estates & Facilities, Tax & Accounting
