HAC5356 0-5 Specialist Community Public Health Nursing

The London Borough of Tower Hamlets is inviting bids from established, suitably experienced and qualified organisations or groups of organisations to provide both services constituting Public Health Services (0-5 years). The Health Visiting service and Family Nurse Partnership are expected to support children's healthy development and wellbeing through active engagement with communities, families and partnership working. LBTH has the highest levels of child poverty in the country, the number of live births to resident mothers has remained stable at approximately 4,600 births between 2013 and 2017, while the 0-4 population is projected to increase between 2018 and 2025 by approximately 4.5%, from 22,000 to 23,000. The anticipated contract start date is: Monday, 01 April 2019 The value of the contract is: £7,100,000 Per Annum For a period of: 5 + 1 +1 years with annual renewal / break clause
