Description
Network of real-time sensors across the Greater Brighton city region. Connection to street column electric supply or monitoring stations for constant analysis. Action on City Council to select sites in a variety of monitoring settings to include roadside, portside, Air Quality Management Areas (AQMAs), construction sites, schools, smoke control areas, hospitals, Dr surgeries and background. As a guideline 10% Co-location with automatic (regulatory standard) monitoring stations. Indicative monitoring to stream data to a web or app-based dashboard with purpose of awareness raising and community engagement. Provide additional evidence of indicative differences before and after interventions, schemes, and developments. Comparison between sites and before and after measures set out in the latest Air Quality Action Plan (2022 to 2027) and Full Carbon Neutral 2030 programme.
