The Discovery and Alpha Phases for the Seafarer Oral Exams

The G-Cloud 12 down select process has taken place. Thirteen suppliers were initially identified, their service definitions were assessed against the minimum requirements for the solution which reduced the number of suppliers to two. Some clarification questions were sent to both suppliers to help us fully understand the service they offered and as a result only one supplier was able to fully meet the requirement.
