DCMS requires a Supplier to conduct analysis to help us better understand the demand side of the 5G market, and the opportunities and challenges various UK consumers of 5G will face. The provider will be appointed to help identify areas in the market where there might be a need for government policy to ensure that UK consumers and the UK economy as a whole get the best out of the technological progress that 5G will bring.
