| Procurement Specific Questionnaire - Scored Questions | Stage 1 of this Competitive Flexible Procedure is an open shortlisting stage through a procurement specific questionnaire. Its purpose is to identify a limited number of architectural practices with the most relevant experience, capability and suitability to progress to the next stage of the procurement. It will include a number of scored questions. At the conclusion of Stage 1, Wythenshawe Community Housing Group intends to shortlist up to four (4) suppliers with the highest total scores to participate in Stage 2. The authority reserves the right to shortlist fewer than four suppliers where this is justified by the quality of responses. Further detail on Stage 2 requirements and evaluation criteria will be provided to shortlisted suppliers only. | quality | — |

Conditions suppliers must meet to bid.
WCHG wish to appoint an experienced architectural practice to provide architectural services for the anticipated redevelopment of the Option Appraisal sites.
