The Regenda Group Demolition Works Fleetwood

The Regenda Group have appointed an experienced contractor to undertake demolition and associated works at approximately 100 properties in Fleetwood owned by the Regenda Group ensuring compliance with all relevant industry and safety standards. Regenda will utilise a JCT Minor Works Contract with Contractors Design 2016. It is intended that the contract will run for a maximum duration of twenty four months.
