The Hold - Business Planning Consultant

The purpose of the brief is to write a Business Plan for the project. HLF funding divides a project into two phases: the Development and Delivery Phase. This consultancy will be appointed for the Development Phase of the project to undertake: • background research to the project • consultation with stakeholders • desk research into the market for The Hold • comparator analysis for similar archive projects • competitor analysis for similar venues in the area • analysis of governance, management and staffing structures to deliver the project • analysis of income and expenditure • analysis of risk • analysis of the impact of the project on the organisation • formulate a monitoring and evaluation framework for the Business Plan.
