TECHNOLOGY ASSESSMENT & PROOF OF CONCEPT EoI for VIRTUAL NON-PRESCRIPTION ORDERING SERVICE or SYSTEM

Expressions of Interest are invited by way of a linked 'Standard Selection Single Questionnaire' for the participation in an envisaged Pilot and Evaluation of remote virtual (possibly web-based) solution for the ordering of Non Prescription Clinical Dressings and Consumables. It is proposed, as part of a possible specification development exercises, that a Cumbria Partnership NHS Foundation Trust CPFT will administer the assessment from one location (Barrow in Furness) that provides support for a team of Community Nursing staff. The assessment is initially anticipated to be limited in scale and time with a projected subsequent relative low-value (approximately £25,000) procurement of some associated consumables and goods delivered as part of the trial. Limited site testing is not expected to last beyond a duration of six months before determination and drafting of a full benefit driven specification and possible subsequent open tender or framework offer to the market.
