BPSQ 036 - Right to Buy Valuation - AWARD

Birmingham Property Services is seeking a supplier for the provision of Right To Buy Valuations for city council owned residential properties as governed by the Housing Act 1985 and subsequent amendments. The contract will be for a period of one year commencing Monday 9 October 2017 until Monday 8 October 2018, with the option to extend for a further one year subject to requirements. Award will be based on the evaluation criteria stated in the quotation pack.
