Cyclical city-wide Redecoration Programme (and Associated Repairs)

To support the City Council's corporate obligations and strategy with regard to investing in the maintenance and appearance of its housing stock. To ensure all blocks are well maintained and to prolong the life of building substrates. A programme of redecoration such that all properties are well maintained, all substrates are protected from the elements of weather, and all remain in a good visual condition.
