Description
The intended purpose of the solution will be to provide further Cyber Security insight into potentially malicious activity within the Leeds Beckett University environment. The successful bid will effectively act as an extension of the existing IT services team providing detection and response capabilities. This could come in the way of indicators of compromise or attack. The solution will be capable of triage to prioritise issues and incidents. It is expected the service will ingest information from multiple systems into one centralised solution where it will identify potential breaches or suspicious activity. The solution will conduct 24x7x365 proactive monitoring and alerting to ensure risks and issues are dealt with in a proactive and efficient manner. The solution will need to provide alerting and communication to Leeds Beckett University to highlight issues and potentially, where appropriate, remediate issues before an incident occurs.
