Alston Flood Study - WEM lot 3

Awarded via Environment Agency's Water and Environment Management Framework - Cumbria County Council requires the services of a consultant to undertake a project appraisal and produce the Outline Business Case (OBC) report seeking approval to deliver a flood risk management scheme to protect properties in Alston from minor watercourse, overland flow and surface water flood risk. The business cases will identify a preferred option based on technical, economic and environmental appraisal.
