Community Services Adult Carers Support Service

This service will improve the quality of life for carers in Bath & North East Somerset, helping them sustain their caring role, and support them to be happy and healthy through the provision of a range of person-centred, co-ordinated, and outcome-focused services. This service plays a leading role in support for carers both with and without identified eligible needs.
