Description

Anchor is seeking an Occupational Health Provider (OHP) capable of delivering a comprehensive, clinically robust service to support the health, wellbeing, and safe management of approximately 10,000 colleagues across England. The provider must offer a fully integrated Occupational Health service built around timely management referrals, expert clinical assessments, and high‑quality reporting to enable informed decision‑making related to colleague welfare, legal compliance, rehabilitation and return to work. Key requirements include: - End‑to‑end referral management, utilising the supplier’s OHIO system for electronic administration, triage, appointment booking, and secure report access. - A full suite of clinical pathways, including OHA and OHP consultations (telephonic, video, and face‑to‑face), neurodiversity workplace needs assessments (non‑diagnostic), musculoskeletal and psychological assessment pathways, workstation and functional capability assessments, and GP/Specialist liaison where required. - Clear, actionable reporting to management on fitness for work, necessary adjustments, rehabilitation options, redeployment, or ill‑health dismissal considerations. - Specific and proportionate equipment/software recommendations, including rationale, alternatives, configuration needs, compatibility considerations and indicative costs. - Strong compliance and data governance, including adherence to confidentiality standards, data protection legislation, and secure record retention. - High service level performance, including appointment availability and reporting deadlines (typically within 7–10 working days for appointments and 1–7 working days for reports), with associated service credits where SLAs are not met. - Proactive management information, with regular monthly MI packs covering referral volumes, diagnostics, outcomes, KPIs, cancellations/DNAs, and financial reporting, supported by quarterly review meetings and an annual contract review. Overall, Anchor is looking for a provider that offers reliable capacity, high clinical standards, robust governance, transparent performance monitoring, and a collaborative partnership approach that supports the organisation in managing attendance, reducing work-related ill health, and improving colleague wellbeing.
