ETL - Maintenance and Compliancy Services and Works

It is intended that the contract will commence in July 2017, and subject to annual reviews run for a period of 2 years with the option for an extension of a further two single years. The maximum duration of the contract is 4 years. The annual estimated value for the works is 4,000,000GBP with up to an additional 1,500,000GBP per annum for capital works. The contract services and works can include but are not restricted to maintenance and compliancy services and any associated works including Gas servicing, electrical testing and repairs, lift maintenance, water hygiene management, fire safety, CCTV, door entry systems, specialist equipment servicing (Aids and Adaptations), Fall Arrest and Prevention servicing, Lightning protection, Renewable technologies servicing and Warden Call systems.
