Description
The purpose of this communication it to establish levels of interest in the Care at Home provider market to increase capacity into the system for Adults social care. This requirement is due to increased pressure on community care at home support through extended waiting times as well as rapid hospital discharges. \r \r The Council is looking for interested providers to come forward for consideration, and may wish to enter into a contractual arrangement under standard terms and conditions, subject to suitability. There will be no guarantee of business as a result of any expression of interest. \r \r All providers must be Care Quality Commission (CQC) registered and able to meet the specification and quality standards set out by the Council. The Council will also undertake standard due diligence checks with any organisation who is selected for contractual arrangements. \r \r This expression of interest is under the light touch regime.
