Upon completion of the noted demolition, all voids shall be filled and fully compacted to adjacent ground levels and general grading of the site carried out. The client is desirous that the use of controlled explosives be used to demolish the noted structures, however the final agreed methodology and associated timescale for the demolition of the structures shall be proposed by the tenderer and must demonstrate that it is feasible, economical and most particularly safe and be shown throughout to be environmentally acceptable and most importantly must not impinge dramatically on the daily working of the surrounding community.
