Description
The Agency's Data Platform built on Azure Databricks in 2019-20, requires improvements to support its expanded use for production grade data management, decision support and analytics. The services are outcome-based and project-driven, intended to improve the operational reliability, DevOps/DataOps maturity, and architectural robustness of the Authority's enterprise Azure-based data platform. Strategic objectives behind this contract are: - Improve operational reliability and platform resilience. - Enable multi-developer DevOps workflows across Sandbox, Dev, Pre-Prod, and Production. - Standardise Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform. - Implement structured CI/CD using Azure DevOps. - Strengthen DataOps governance and controlled data promotion. - Reduce configuration drift and production risk. - Increase integration with GIS and other agency data systems. - expand support for Data Science, AI and handling unstructured data at scale. Option to extend: 2 x 12 Months
