Description
The programme is: • Embedded within a clinically led restorative supervision model already in place at LTHT, ensuring participants receive not only academic development but also practical application through supervised restorative practice. • The programme explicitly to include allied health professionals such as paramedics, enabling the development of professional advocates from within the ambulance workforce, aligned to YAS’s evolving model of clinical supervision. • Participants will be supported by trained Professional Nurse Advocates (PNAs) throughout the programme. Key Learning Outcomes: • Learn how to use the A-EQUIP model to enhance restorative clinical supervision. • Navigate accountable, legal and ethical considerations, with a focus on Equality, Diversity and Inclusion. • Strengthen communication through motivational interviewing techniques. • Champion staff wellbeing and promote compassionate leadership. • Lead and promote initiatives for quality improvement. • Understand the implications of human factors in healthcare. • Conduct career and educational-focused conversations effectively.
