Description

This Prior Information Notice (PIN) relates to the renewal of a Framework Agreement for energy and efficiency works and services. The Contracting Authority (Scotland Excel) seeks notes of interest from Suppliers who believe they have the capability and capacity to fulfil the requirement of multiple and/or specific lots, detailed within the body of this PIN notice and, any subsequent Tender Programme. Potential Tenderers who believe they can fulfil the non-exhaustive high-level specification details within this PIN shall note their interest in this notice by 17:00 (Close of Business) on the 23rd of January 2026.
